Nexys services may allow access to third party products and services. We are not responsible for third party sites, services or content.
You agree not to misuse Nexys services, upload harmful content, or violate laws associated with use of our services.
Nexys may terminate your account and suspend your access to services if you breach these Terms. You may deactivate your account at any time.
Nexys provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
Nexys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Nexys total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.
These Terms shall be governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
